Moderate Risk for Severe Storms Texas Oklahoma 9th April 2013

The SPC is now favouring a MODEATE Risk for severe storms across Oklahoma and Texas on the 9th April US local time. The main threat at this point is for severe hail but there is also a chance for discrete supercells producing strong tornadoes.
